*The balance minus the booking fee is paid in two equal instalments, the first payment is due on completion of your pre-wedding consultation, once you are 100% happy with the results the final payment is due 7 days before the wedding via bank transfer.

*Pre-wedding consultations are available to book Monday to Thursday between the hours of 10am-2pm.

*Pre-wedding consultations are priced for a maximum of 3 hours and a price of £25 per hour will be added to your balance if the consultation exceeds 3 hours.

*The booking fee must be paid at the time of booking or no date will be held.

*Clients have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the booking. After 14 days all fees are non refundable and non transferable.

*All Payments made at the pre wedding consultation will secure the wedding date, appointment times for all clients along with travel time for your stylist. Under no circumstances will any payments made at this point be refunded. All payments made on the wedding day are non refundable.

*The stylist will require a suitable place to set equipment up including an available socket.

*Due to the new no smoking regulations, smoking or vaping in the chair whilst the stylist is working will not be permitted.

*Booking fees are per person and in the event of cancellation of 1 or more of your bridal party the fees paid for these clients will be lost. Under no circumstances can any cancelled booking fee be used to offset your final balance.

*Cancellations can be made at any point in writing or email. The stylist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until the point of cancellation. However, the client will not be liable for any further payments. In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstances beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement of equal standard. However, this can not be guaranteed. If I am unable to find a replacement you will receive a full refund.

*It is the responsibility of the client to inform the stylist of any issues that may affect the use of equipment or products. This is inclusive of but not limited to sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions. The makeup artist can not be held liable for any losses or damages that is incurred due to the clients failure to inform the artist of any known conditions.

*By payment of booking fees you are entering into an agreement to honour the above terms and conditions of the business.

*Children and pets MUST be kept away from equipment at all times due to health and safety reasons.

*The stylist reserves the right to refuse services if the client is rude or aggressive in any way as well as if the client presents with any contagious condition. No refund will be made for lost services if this situation was to occur.
